Air Traffic Control

Hailing from the South Shore of Nova Scotia, Air Traffic Control (ATC) is a powerhouse rock band with over 30 years of music under their belt. Brothers Kirk and Jordi Comstock and cousin Luke Comstock deliver a dynamic blend of psychedelic alternative rock, infused with their early punk and skate culture roots.
ATC has solidified their place in the East Coast music scene. Multiple award nominations, chart-topping singles, and features on MuchMusic, TV shows, movies, and video games is something to be proud of. Their latest releases, the “Comfort” and “Of Fire” EPs (2025), showcase their versatility—one acoustic and chill, the other a high-energy rock powerhouse climbing Canadian college radio charts.
Andre Pettipas
The one and only Andre Pettipas is sailing into the Shipyard Shindig — and he’s bringing that high-voltage energy that’s made him one of the East Coast’s most electrifying performers!
You know him as the frontman of Andre Pettipas and The Giants, racking up over 180 shows across Canada last year — and trust us, he knows how to throw down a party. With feel-good anthems, killer charisma, and a live show that hits you right in the feels, this is a set you do not want to miss.

Atay and Jax

Atay & JAX are a Nova Scotian hip-hop duo consisting of Adam Taylor (Atay) from Spryfield and Jaxon Booth (JAX) from Lunenburg. They formed the group in 2019 after both artists had been working as solo hip-hop artists for several years. Their music blends alternative hip-hop with comedic undertones and small-town stories, and they are known for their energetic, punk-inspired live performances
Double A

From the underground drum and bass scene of 1990s Montreal to global tours and now rocking the East Coast, Double A has done it all. Known for his high-energy, genre-blending sets, he’s a master behind the decks—whether spinning digitally or dropping rare 45s on vinyl.
Now based in Halifax, he’s the force behind some of the longest-running East Coast events and the founder of his own 7" label, Mountain 45s. His tracks have landed on labels like Heat Rock, Fridays Funky 45s, and Eastside Edits.
Expect a set packed with pure dance floor fire. No fluff, no filler—just all fun, all the time. 🔥
